(Dow Jones) -- 1355 ET - Kraft Heinz 2% decline in 2Q organic sales may not look impressive at first glance, but it's the food maker's best performance since 1Q of last year, Gimme Credit analyst Dave Novosel says in a research note. It's also much better than the 4.7% decline seen in 1Q of this year, he says. Volume and mix drove a 2.7% decrease, "which was the best performance in several years," the analyst says. The midpoint of Kraft Heinz's affirmed 2025 guidance suggests that organic sales will still be weak in the second half of the year, but at a decelerating rate, Novosel says in a research note. Shares tick up 0.6% to $28.74. (
